Queen Baji Terms & Conditions — Full Bangla Version

Queen Baji is one of Bangladesh's most popular online betting platforms. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Queen Baji website and mobile application. By accessing, registering, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall take precedence. However, we always strive to provide full details in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members.

Queen Baji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any update will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

To register on Queen Baji, you must provide accurate and complete information. Details submitted at registration may be subject to verification. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be terminated and any bonuses or winnings forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, phone number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• A valid, active mobile number is required.
• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and kept confidential.
• Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to Queen Baji support immediately.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, we may request a copy of your national ID or passport. This verification is mandatory, particularly for large withdrawal requests.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Government-issued ID may be requested at any time to verify your age. If you are found to be underage, your account will be closed immediately.

The following individuals are also not permitted to use Queen Baji:

• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law.
• Queen Baji employees and their immediate family members.
• Individuals whose accounts have been previously terminated.
• Individuals registered for self-exclusion.

Queen Baji currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Maximum deposit: determined by your account tier and verification status.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Payments made in a third party's name will not be accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are processed in an average of 10 minutes.
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.
• If you have an active bonus, its conditions must be met before you can make a withdrawal.

The following rules always apply when betting on Queen Baji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Betting odds can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.
• Queen Baji reserves the right to void bets in any case involving cheating or match-fixing.
• If a bet is not completed during live betting due to a network issue, it will not be considered void.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is voided, the entire bet will be recalculated.

Queen Baji reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for any member. We also reserve the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns detected on the platform.

Queen Baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Rules:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement that must be met. Typically, you are required to wager 10–20 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within a set time frame. Any bonus that expires will be automatically forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses generally cannot be used at the same time.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system through fraudulent means may result in account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Queen Baji platform:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to exploit odds loopholes for financial gain.
• Money laundering or any activity involving illegal funds.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems.
• Registering with false information.

Queen Baji reserves the right to suspend accounts, forfeit balances, and pursue legal action against any member found engaging in the activities listed above.

Queen Baji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members will be notified by email or SMS before an account is closed — except in cases of fraud, where immediate termination may occur. To dispute an account closure, contact us at support@queenbaji.app.

Queen Baji takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of problems. We encourage every member to set their own limits.

Tools available on Queen Baji:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once you reach a set loss limit.
• Break: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Submit a request to permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
